Prepare & File Subpoena's

Court Courier Services - Daily pick up from law firms of documents which need to be filed with the court.  Documents are picked up at or after a designated time Monday through Friday.  A weekly fee is charged for this service. 

 
Our local area covers Rusk County, Gregg County, Upshur County, and Smith County.  All Tech Investigations LLC serves all counties in Texas.  We are certified by the Texas Supreme Court Process Server.


Regular service attempts begin within 72 hours of receipt of paperwork and payment arrangements.  If you require service attempts to begin sooner, we offer RUSH service.   RUSH services typically occur within 24 hours of receipt of documents.  Whether it is a summons, subpoena, records, notary or copy jobs, entrust the job to All Tech Investigations LLC and leave all yours worries behind!

Once service has been completed All Tech Investigations LLC will mail an original Proof Of Service to you at the address listed in your court documents.  If you request All Tech Investigations LLC to file the Proof Of Service with the Court for you, we will mail filed stamped copies to you at the address listed in your court documents for an additional fee.
